Requesting that tree maintainers for gcc not move new ebuilds into testing from unstable until all the default patches are available.

this file is on gentoo mirrors...

if your mirror hasnt been updated yet, use a different mirror.

also, bugs involving gcc itself dont go to gcc-porting, they go to toolchain.

3.4.3-0 is a release done by myself until etoh does one that applies cleanly against 3.4.3.
