WebkitGTK 2.26.1 stable has been released for some time but the latest version in the Gentoo repository is 2.24.4

webkit-gtk-2.26.1.ebuild tested on amd64

I have modified the 2.24.4 ebuild with changes needed to merge 2.26.1 successfully.

The 'nsplugin' useflag has been removed as GTK2 NPAPI plugin support was removed in WebkitGTK 2.26.0, because of this it might be a good idea to leave 2.24.4 in the repository for the time being.

Two new features (subprocess sandboxing and use libwpe) have been hard disabled in this ebuild as they caused the merge to fail in the configuration stage.

Tested on a amd64 machine

I have not bumped to 2.26, because it breaks current in-tree evolution and more. That needs to be taken care of first. Details from upstream here:
