Hi,

as Qt does not support postgres 12 yet kde-apps/akonadi[postgres] will
fail to start a second time after an upgrade to postgres-12 (while the first
startup just works after a migration or start with a clean DB).

For details see upstream KDE bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=412629.

I propose to set an explicit dependency for dev-qtsql-5.12.5-r1 to "<dev-db/postgresql-12.0".

Note: The workaround mentioned in the KDE bug, i.e. just removing the akonadi DB, does only help for *one* akonadi startup. However it works for the postgres downgrade to slot 11: "rm -fr $HOME/.local/share/akonadi/db_data/"
