After upgrading to xorg-x11-6.8.0-r1 my dual montior setup no longer works. The /var/log/Xorg log says that the second monitor was not detected and will not be displayed. Normally the laptop monitor will be the first to be detected and then the external monitor, but it seems like now only the external monitor will work.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgraded xorg-x11 to 6.8.0-r1
2. restart gdm
3. Notice only the external monitor is displayed

Actual Results:  
external only

Expected Results:  
should display both

Using the X11 ati drivers.

Looks like a dup. Please check out the other bug and the freedesktop.org bug it links to.

yep, this looks like a dup. I searched and didn't get a hit but it looks like others are experiencing this as well...
