The invalid masters are: rindeal This is going to cause issues with various Package Managers and even may render the repository unusable to our users. Please ensure that the master list contains correct repository names and that all the masters are available in the official repository list. If necessary, please either remove invalid masters (and stop relying on them) or request adding them to the list. Furthermore, please note that listing the repository itself as its master is invalid and meaningless. Depending on the implementation, it may trigger infinite loops or be ignored. Please fix the issue ASAP. It prevents our tools from working on the repository, and mirroring it. We reserve the right to remove it if we do not receive any reply within 2 weeks. Is this your overlay? If yes, could you update the contact address to match Bugzilla, please?
ah i do apologise, i wasn't sure how best to update the email address, i always get scared i will do it wrong because a lot of gentoo projects seem to have complex rules for how commits are made. i'll perhaps make a pull request for api.gentoo.org on github.com. the idea was that any upstream eclass changes could be integrated easily, however i see that this obviously causes issues. therefore i will use a different solution, i apologise for any inconvenience caused. my github email addresses has also been cleaned up to hopefully reduce any potential future issues. If i am able to i will now mark the bug as resolved, but obviously if anything else comes up feel free to reopen it.
The bug seems to be fixed in the repository. Closing.
