Is there a way to set a specific encoding per package? Or what else is suggested for solving this error?
what about newer versions of redhat-artwork (0.96 or the latest 0.120)? Same problem?
I'm currently using 0.96 without the problem. Sorry for not reporting that in the bug earlier.
Closing this, as the newer versions are in portage.
