Actually no, this needs to be stabilised exactly at the same time as boost-1.70.0.

Please hold stabilization until #690324 is addressed, as 0.10.x series are breaking compatibility with 0.9.x series created encrypted containers, while clear and safe migration path is not provided for users.

Test suite hangs for me forever, see bug 699044 (tested on x86 and amd64). Stopping stabilization.
