SAGA - System for Automated Geoscientific Analyses - is a Geographic Information System (GIS) software with immense capabilities for geodata processing and analysis. SAGA is programmed in the object oriented C++ language and supports the implementation of new functions with a very effective Application Programming Interface (API). Functions are organised as modules in framework independent Module Libraries and can be accessed via SAGA’s Graphical User Interface (GUI) or various scripting environments (shell scripts, Python, R, ...).

It is, besides QGIS and GRASS GIS, one of the major FOSS GIS projects.

Since I noticed it was not available on Gentoo, I gave it a try to write an ebuild myself.

I've made an ebuild that updates this to 7.3.0, uses EAPI 7, improves a little the names of IUSE flags (for instance, postgresql -> postgres, liblas -> las etc). Also, this takes advantage of the mirror: feature.

The ebuild/package name is sci-geosciences/saga-gis , in order to keep a little more consistence with other distributions (and surprise the users a little less).

Your postinst message is also kept.

Thank you very much for your work.
