This complains about dev-ruby/activesupport not being stable on hppa, but in fact it is not on basically everything but amd64. Am I doing something wrong, has something changed, should this be generally stabilized?

This happens because hppa has a weird version of dev-ruby/shoulda stabled. Probably best to match all other arches and only mark shoulda-2.11.3-r2 stable.

My fault, feel free to move that back to ~hppa.

hppa stable. Last arch, closing.
