Description Rick Morra 2004-10-18 06:49:12 UTC
I just updated to apache-2.0.52 from 2.0.51-r1 and found a continuing error in "/etc/apache2/conf/modules.d/00_apache_manual.conf" created by the ebuild.

There are 3 references to the directory "/usr/share/doc/apache-2.0.50/manual". After emerging apache-2.0.52, this directory does not exist. As configured, the apache server returns an error message when trying to access the manual.

Changing these references to "/usr/share/doc/apache-2.0.52/manual" corrects the problem.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge apache-2.0.52 (I have USE=doc, I don't know if this is necessary.)
2. configure apache to follow symlinks
3. start the server
4. attempt to access http://localhost/manual/ with a browser

Actual Results:
Received a message that the manual is not configured on this server.

Expected Results:
The Apache Manual toc should be displayed.
