"Tips and Tricks" Link Broken

Page Location of Broken Link: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/xml-guide.xml

Location In Page: Section 1 where the "Tips and Tricks" Link is.

Current (Broken) Link: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/doc-tipsntricks.xml

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load up XML Guide Page at http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/xml-guide.xml

2. Click the "Tips and Tricks" Link in Section 1

Actual Results:  
Loads up 404 error "not found"

Expected Results:  
Page should lead to the proper Tips and Tricks Link

Proper link should be http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/gdp/doc/doc-tipsntricks.xml
