Over the long term, many files add up in the following directories
/usr/portage/distfiles
/var/tmp/portage
These files can ammount to a significant portion of Hard Disk Space used. A "FEATURE" that has portage automatically delete the source tarball in /usr/portage/distfiles
and a feature that automatically deletes the temporary directory in /var/tmp/portage
would both be appreciated
