qevent.cpp commit revert

Krita (and possibly other qt apps with tablet support) crashes right when pen touching down on tablet.

Culprit is one line addition to qtgui-5.11.3 (and 5.12).

    media-gfx/krita: 4.1.7 version bump
    
    Use 4.1.7.101 tarball with workaround to also apply to 5.11.3.
    We depend on >=Qt-5.11.3 for lack of a fine-grained subslot.
    
    Caused by upstream commit d2e0e41 in 5.11.3 (backport).
