After emerge --update to media-libs/netpbm-10.76.00, /usr/bin/pnmtops is missing. Masking media-libs/netpbm-10.76.00 and emerging media-libs/netpbm-10.70.00 restores /usr/bin/pnmtops.
Is that with USE=postscript? Because with USE=-postscript I would kind of expect this.
With USE=postscript it neatly installs /usr/bin/pnmtops

Which is why 10.70 and 10.76 show different behavior. ### With media-libs/netpbm-10.76.00 masked: # eix media-libs/netpbm [I] media-libs/netpbm Available versions: 10.66.00 10.70.00 [m]10.76.00 {X doc jbig jpeg jpeg2k png postscript rle static-libs svga tiff xml zlib CPU_FLAGS_X86="sse2"} Installed versions: 10.70.00(05:35:09 PM 12/12/2018)(X jpeg jpeg2k png tiff zlib -doc -jbig -rle -static-libs -svga -xml CPU_FLAGS_X86="sse2") Homepage: http://netpbm.sourceforge.net/ Description: A set of utilities for converting to/from the netpbm (and related) formats ### With media-libs/netpbm-10.76.00 allowed: # eix media-libs/netpbm [I] media-libs/netpbm Available versions: 10.66.00 10.70.00 10.76.00 {X doc jbig jpeg jpeg2k png postscript rle static-libs svga tiff xml zlib CPU_FLAGS_X86="sse2"} Installed versions: 10.76.00(12:14:34 PM 12/05/2018)(X jpeg jpeg2k png tiff zlib -doc -jbig -postscript -rle -static-libs -svga -xml CPU_FLAGS_X86="sse2") Homepage: http://netpbm.sourceforge.net/ Description: A set of utilities for converting to/from the netpbm (and related) formats
