It seems qtfm is now available at https://github.com/rodlie/qtfm and https://qtfm.eu/. Latest version is 6.1.3 and has been released on 2018-10-07.
Someone "resurrected" the project a couple of months ago[1] so I am not quite sure this is a straightforward version bump. [1] https://store.kde.org/p/1131640/
