Any chance of a metadata link on packages.gentoo.org entries? Or better yet, a parsed version with links to the relevant herd info (http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/metastructure/herds/herds.xml maybe)?

metadata is linked now.
I'm probably going to revisit this bug with parsing it when I do some upcoming work with bugzilla assignment-auto-suggestion.

Also, new USE flag descriptions should be included.
