Most of the longer quips (the random ones at the beginning of each bugzilla page) have embedded linebreaks (as seen when viewing all quips). So bugzilla sees each line as a quip and the resulting quotes don't make any sense. For example right now I'm getting this: As soon as we started programming, we found to our surprise that it wasn't Which is a part of this quip (http://bugs.gentoo.org/quips.cgi?show_quips=yes): As soon as we started programming, we found to our surprise that it wasn't as easy to get programs right as we had thought.
