Ebuild of Eclipse 4.8.0 Photon

I have made an ebuild of Eclipse 4.8.0. It needs a newer version of icu4j (minimum 58.2) and I have made a bump request (Bug 666818). 

This Ebuild almost works for me. I have the following errors: Builtin LFS support not present/detected and the IDE is missing org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.core.jsNature

I hope some one lurking here knows how to handle this and we can get version 4.8.0 out.

Btw I also added an ebuild of Eclipse 4.7.3 but I am not sure if people want more then one Eclipse option? (Eclipse 4.7.3 has the same requirement for icu4j and has the same org.eclipse.wst.jsdt.core.jsNature error).
