emerge -uvD world will downgrade dev-perl/Class-MethodMaker-2.02 every day to 1.10 and than on second emerge -uv... it'll be upgraded again

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge -uvD world -> downgrade of dev-perl/Cl....
2.emerge -uvD world -> upgrade it again
3.


Expected Results:  
should stay at its version, momentary fix is to mask dev-perl/Class...-2.10 so
it won't downgrade any more
