Hi! :) net-proxy/mitmproxy package that I am bumping up depends on wsproto, so I am requesting to introduce it in Gentoo.
mm.. Ok, wsproto depends on dev-python/h11 (https://bugs.gentoo.org/654856) and because that one is not in the repository yet, repoman does not allow me to commit the wsproto-0.11.0.ebuild.
I've filled in the question marks.
