Icon converter from ms .ico to .png. Very useful for desktop designer. Properly supports transparencies as well as non 32x32 icon sizes. It also supports 24 bit icons. None of the other utilites I've used (ImageMagick, etc) handled this properly.

I suggest media-apps/icoconvert. Ebuild is depend on >=media-libs/gd-2*.

Please look at http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml the attached ebuild contains a number of QA faults.

1. copyright notice.
2. dependancy syntax.
3. S= not needed - this is the default assignment.
