www-apps/sitebar is sorely in need of an update. https://github.com/brablc/sitebar lists the master branch as PHP 7 compatible. A snapshot into Gentoo is all that may be needed. There are NUMEROUS issues with PHP 7 compatibility concerning the versions in the Gentoo repo. If you no longer wish to maintain it, I suggest removing this package.
