mozilla-firefox-1.0pre is unable to find text in pages using the new Find bar. Inputing text from the page and hitting Find Next or Find Previous does absolutely nothing. The highlight button will highlight the search terms in the page however. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Browse to slashdot.org 2. Initiate a search in the page for the word "faq" 3. Move to some place on the page where you can see this word 4. Press Find Next or Find Previous Actual Results: Absolutely nothing happens at all. The buttons respond to the click, but that is it. Expected Results: The page is moved to the location with the word and some visual cue is given to indicate where it is.
