I just noted package names without category and version (sorry - didn't realise how much packages were in the commit and didn't expect the list to bekome THAT long... and don't have the time to go through the list again.) openerp pylize Kivy bockcanvas htmlgen mantissa matplotlib pyds rst2pdf scrapy simplecv soya comix cropgui grencode-python uniconvertor griffith tilecache scipy weboob winswitch Some packages contain more recent (stable) versions/revisions so probably removing affected ebuilds might be enough. But I didn't check if newer versions got changed later without revbump...
you will need to open one bug per package as each one is maintained by different people and, in some case, probably the stabilization of a newer version would be enough (and would also not force people to rebuild it for later build a newer version in the near future)
