Qt4 is dead and going away. An upstream release 17.12.1 is available that already builds with Qt5 by default. Please bump and cleanup old.

New version in tree.

Cleanup old would remove the only stable version. Should we not stable the new version first?

New version is stable (bug #647926). Closing.
