Bug 64297 – [New ebuild] gdchart-0.0.3 - Ruby binding for GDCHART

There's already a ruby-gdchart ( http://raa.ruby-lang.org/project/ruby-gdchart/ ) binding in portage but that seems to not be mantained.

I don't have much time and also not experienced with ruby (I'm currently trying to learn), ruby ebuilds and library ebuilds (I think this ebuild will also require an ebuild for the GDCHART library) so I don't see myself writing an ebuild for this anytime soon.

This is my first ruby related ebuild so there may be some errors. If you tell
me what they are and if I'm able to do it, I'd be happy to fix them.

Oops... I forgot that it didn't work with swig-1.3.16 for me.

ruby-gdchart is up to 1.0.0 right now. I will upload the ebuild file shortly
after i tried it out myself to make sure it is installing that version correct
in my environment. The URL for the home page is

Ruby-GDChart 1.0.0 ebuild file.

Tested emerge with this ebuild file. It compiles and installs successfully.
Actual test of using the gdchart within Ruby after installation is not
performed at all.

1.0.0 is now in portage.
