libnfsidmap was megred into nfs-utils and the bug 504666 was reintroduced. ebuilds (>net-fs/nfs-utils-2.2.1) should pass --with-pluginpath="${EPREFIX}/usr/$(get_libdir)/libnfsidmap" to configure.
