Description Andrés Becerra Sandoval 2017-12-12 20:34:19 UTC
After upgrading Qt from version 5.9.3 to 5.10.0 I can not longer synchronize. I get the following error in mendeleydesktop:

Sorry, there was a problem syncing your library: SSL handshake failed The issuer certificate of a locally looked up certificate could not be found (Cert: Trustwave Organization Validation SHA256 CA, Level 1)

I have emailed the problem to mendeley support (ticket 171212-010263)

I am using mendeley-1.17.12 by renaming mendeleydesktop-1.17.9.ebuild in a local overlay.

CC'ing qt guys here, maybe thats a recurring problem.

From which overlay can I get qt-5.10? ::gentoo only has 5.9.x.

In the qt overlay Michael!

Can this be closed since the affected version is no longer in tree and the latest seems to even depend on Qt-5.10?
Comment 4 Andrés Becerra Sandoval 2018-04-17 19:04:22 UTC
Yes, the new version depends on qt-5.10!
