skypeforlinux 5.4.0.1 which I have been using is no longer supported by Skype and is no longer useable (can't access any of my chats). I saw that skype.com had a much newer version available for RPM and deb users (8.11.0.4). So, I updated the existing ebuild in the Gentoo repository with what I think are the changes needed to make it work with 8.11.0.4 (added missing dependencies and added install steps for new files). I also changed the insinto/doins to exeinto/doexe for the node modules, which are actually ELF binaries. One or two of the node modules triggered some QA warnings (because of text relocations, that sort of thing, but I think that's probably outside of our control since these are binaries not built from source). Otherwise seems to install and run fine.
