I found no issue to build dev-util/sysdig-0.19.1 against libressl.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
sysdig-0.19.1 run smoothly on my system.

This patch is wrong as it wrongly presume both libraries are ABI-compatible. Furthermore, := is forbidden inside ||. I'll fix it myself in a few minutes.

Thanks for testing. I'm going to try and see if I can finally get LibreSSL to my system and help the effort.
