kdelibs4's last release is scheduled in one week and Qt4 is long dead already, anyway. Upstream is very slowly working towards their first KF5-based release, but no estimate given. To keep this in tree, maybe we should look into a snapshot of frameworks branch, but this would probably not be stable material.
Does anyone even care about simon at this point? Debian do not even have it packaged.
