Description Michael Palimaka (kensington) gentoo-dev 2017-10-24 13:01:17 UTC
Is it OK to stabilise a newer version of sys-fs/udisks? This is needed to get elogind stable.

Comment 3 Andreas Sturmlechner gentoo-dev 2017-11-29 20:39:26 UTC
Let's stabilise what's actually keyworded so far.

non-{amd64,x86} need to be keyworded first.
Comment 4 Stabilization helper bot gentoo-dev 2017-11-29 21:02:16 UTC
An automated check of this bug succeeded - the previous repoman errors are now resolved.
Comment 5 Thomas Deutschmann (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2017-11-30 19:05:22 UTC

Where is the udisks re-keywording bug? I cannot find it to put it as blocker of this one
Comment 7 Andreas Sturmlechner gentoo-dev 2017-12-02 09:27:48 UTC
There's none yet that I'm aware of. Maybe we can figure out before which arches actually need keywording? Or did you check already?
Comment 8 Anthony Basile gentoo-dev 2017-12-09 02:40:25 UTC
stable amd64
Comment 9 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2017-12-16 12:12:17 UTC
It is supposed that you must open a rekeywording bug when you need to drop the keywords on a version bump :|
Comment 10 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2017-12-16 12:14:18 UTC
By "you" I don't mean "you" in concrete... it's something to do when someone bumps and needs to dekeyword the package
Comment 11 Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2017-12-16 12:17:28 UTC
I have opened the bug, I will re-add them here too to let them notice we need also that stabilized as soon as possible :/

Comment 15 Mikle Kolyada (RETIRED) archtester Gentoo Infrastructure gentoo-dev Security 2017-12-26 14:21:21 UTC
are we suposed to stabilize 2.7.4 right in this bug? 2.7.* has not been even keyworded at all
Comment 16 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2017-12-26 15:09:52 UTC
The keywording is in dependent bug 641308... If you feel comfortable, can probably straight to stable to skip some testing, but only alpha, mips, sh and sparc are missing keywords according to it
Comment 17 Mart Raudsepp gentoo-dev 2017-12-26 15:13:00 UTC
Ah, I see the versions are different now. Not sure then, 2.7.5 should at least have ~arch keywords, but maybe this stable request can be upgraded to 2.7.5 by now, which would also avoid gtk-doc in stable tree deptree after my touchups on Dec 19th.
kensington, asturm, Poly-C?
Comment 18 Mikle Kolyada (RETIRED) archtester Gentoo Infrastructure gentoo-dev Security 2017-12-26 15:48:33 UTC
well, I already performed some testing on both (along with elogind), so we can push chosen version sreight into stable i guess
