If have an ICQ session with some clients (see below), I get the following symptoms: 1)every phrase they try to send me containing any of the following characters: èéòàùì won't arrive. A message will arrive instead stating "(There has been an error while receiving this message)". 2)I can send such characters to them and they will receive it normally. I've got Gentoo Linux with italian localization and gaim-0.82.1. The gaim-encryption module is disabled from the preferences settings. It happens if the interlocutor uses the following clients: 1)TRILLIAN v0.74 (w/patch E) - september 2003 english, running on Windows 2000 SP2 italian 2)<unknown> client, <unknown> linux, italian (such person is offline now; I will give you the details as soon as he connects) It does NOT happen if the interlocutor uses the following clients: 1)gaim-0.7x, gentoo linux, italian 2)gaim-0.82.1, gentoo linux, italian Example: (13:51:53) CRV§ADER//KY: say è (13:52:08) Silvano Galimi: (C'è stato un errore nella ricezione di questo messaggio) (13:52:15) CRV§ADER//KY: did you simply write "è"?
