I got tired of waiting and bumped/created a 4.13.2 tar.xz and ebuild

aufs-sources-4.13.2.ebuild (based on git commit instead of tarball)

I also updated the ebuild to work on a git commit instead of a tarball.
The ebuild itself still only uses http(s) download, NOT GIT.
This makes the bumping easier, as its now just a commit hash, which is 100% reproducible, unlike the tarball. And requires no uploading/distributing of this unreproducible tarball -> no waiting for the user.
