According to the https://github.com/bit-team/backintime/releases newer 1.1.20 version of backintime is available. Current latest in portage is 1.1.12. Also in ebuild the link of homepage is outdated, current ebuild points to http://backintime.le-web.org/, while this page is no longer exists. Right page is https://backintime-dev.readthedocs.io.
