Hello, I'd like to offer to maintain www-apps/postfixadmin. I still use it frequently so would like it to remain in Portage. I suspect that maintaining it as a proxy maintainer is the correct approach to do this. I think the current big issue to fix is CVE-2017-5930 [1] which has been fixed upstream [2]. Note that I don't think this CVE actually affects the current version in Portage, but that version could do with being bumped (including the fix) anyway. Ya, the best 'fix' is to get to 3.0.2 I'd work with you if you want on the dev side (proxying wise). I don't have much experience with php in particular but have touched most other things.
https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Proxy_Maintainers/Maintainer_Bugs_and_Maintainership_Requests If you wish to help maintain this the next step would be to show you can and will do the work. What I'd need from you is to submit a PR to https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/ (or attach a patch to this bug). Once that's done we can proceed with making this more official. Thanks for offering to do this :D
Please also notice bug 604182. I.e. you have to drop xmlrpc USE flag because we want to drop dev-php/ZendFramework from repository as well.
