Same here, but for sci-mathematics/octave.

Is it perhaps because you have something that requires x11-libs/qscintilla[qt4]? Unfortunately, only the masked version can be installed with both qt4 and qt5.

The non masked one requires either, but not both. Sadly.

It's not completely right (but not completely wrong either) place to ask, so let me do it: how is the status of x11-libs/qscintilla 2.10? Is it ready or are there still packages that are broken?
