xfree-drm (and possibly others) have VIDEO_CARDS checks that cause portage to spew out numerous IUSE QA notices similar to the following...

QA Notice: USE Flag 'video_cards_radeon' not in IUSE for x11-base/x11-drm-20040827

Please have the checks consider USE_EXPAND.
