The web address:
http://www.clusterresources.com/wiki/doku.php?id=torque:torque_wiki
Resolves to 403 forbidden in lynx and 404 not found in firefox.
Please point me in the correct direction.
Thanks

What is this URL you've posted? Ebuild's HOMEPAGE (http://www.adaptivecomputing.com/products/open-source/torque) works fine here.

I'm talking about the portage log message.
Here it is in full:
LOG: postinst
If this is the first time torque has been installed, then you are not
ready to start the server. Please refer to the documentation located at:
http://www.clusterresources.com/wiki/doku.php?id=torque:torque_wiki
For a basic setup, you may use emerge --config torque
Important 4.0+ updates
  - The on-wire protocol version has been changed.
Versions of Torque before 4.0.0 are no longer able to communicate.
  - pbs_iff has been replaced by trqauthd, you will now need to add
    trqauthd to your default runlevel.
