The "no-source-code" license label is not a license and must not be used on its own. See the tracker bug 615456 for a longer explanation.
So it should be LICENSE="BSD no-source-code"?

No I am not sure which license it is. The only thing which I can find in the .deb package is "Copyright (c) 2016 Discord Inc." located in data.tar.xz:/usr/share/doc/discord/copyright. Several licenses are stated here: https://discordapp.com/acknowledgements. Maybe you have a clue which is relevant?

Looks like we're in muddy waters here. My advice would be: 1. Change the ebuild to: LICENSE="all-rights-reserved" RESTRICT="mirror bindist" 2. Ask upstream for clarification under what license the package is distributed. Depending on their answer, 1. can be revised again.

I have finally an answer via twitter direct message from the official discord twitter accout: "Hey Johannes! Thanks for your patience. I just hit up our Linux guy and he said that we currently do not have a license and its fine to redistribute. We'll work on something formal at some point. I hope that helps!" That mean we could drop the mirror restriction. @Ulm is this sufficient to close the bug?
