+1 ~amd64, libressl.
So it seems the problem itself is not git, but the fact that mongo-tools fails to build with libressl?
https://github.com/spacemonkeygo/openssl/issues/43 https://github.com/spacemonkeygo/openssl/issues/77 Tried mongo-tools-3.4.9 with newest spacemonkey/openssl but with no luck. I think we should remove libressl from mongo-tools as it doesn't seem to work... Just out of curiosity, this bug was opened 2017/03 when blueness added libressl support for mongo-tools, did it work for you back then Anthony? https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/commit/b7f4a0c9380392e771cf06e2cb426b4d2238cd56#diff-f8ac1d3617504a9387636e1953f1a4a1
