The problem is the package dev-java/xmldb-20011111-r2 that create xmldb.jar, but in build.xml of dev-java/jaxme try to search xmldb-api.jar. As workaroud you can downgrade xmldb to version 20011111-r1
monsieurp, stop blindly converting packages to java-pkg-simple without considering the revdeps.
