The following file in Manifest is missing SHA512 and WHIRLPOOL digests:

   its4-1.1.1.tgz

Apparently the source tarball is no longer available at ${HOMEPAGE} which renders the ebuild pretty much useless.
Furthermore:
- Last upstream release in 2004 (or earlier)
- No reverse dependencies

@robbat2: Since the package was listed in your "open season" e-mail several years ago, I take the liberty to CC treecleaners.

I've reviewed the license, and it DOES permit unmodified distribution.

I'm going to update the ebuild to match, and push the original tarball up (incl Manifest update).
