digest is correct, i've checked and re-checked it, so rm wv2-0.2.tar.bz2 and re-download it.

I am learning as I am going, so I hope this is not too imposing.  the file in question seems not to be the .bz2 file, but the .gz file.

yes, the correct digest is
87066d1ebce1ecda2f562182332c658b
re-download PyOpenGL-2.0.0.44.tar.gz too :-)

was definitely a corrupted mirror:  avoid mirror.datapipe.net for now.
