It looks like the best source for this code is here: https://github.com/dresiu/recaptcha-client-1.0.6-py3 This code requires python3 but does look like it should work perfectly with pycryptodome instead of pycrypto.
Dead upstream, unmaintained, no revdep. I'm last-riting this.
