build successfully from github. need ebuild

I could not see any make files in the master branch on github. 
Most of the source was a copy of eigenlib. 

regarding the description on
http://www.vpaint.org/
the source is still very unstable and in an early stage. 
I do not expect, it will fit to the main tree soon but 
rather to an overlay.

So we just need to find the complete source tree with make files and so on and a volunteer to write the ebuild.
