The amd64 minimal installation CD (http://distfiles.gentoo.org/releases/amd64/autobuilds/20170209/install-amd64-minimal-20170209.iso) can't be booted via UEFI motherboard firmware. It can only boot with Legacy BIOS (no /sys/firmware/efi).

Currently using SysRescCD via UEFI to install Gentoo as the Gentoo LiveDVD is too big.

Would it be possible to release a Gentoo minimal installation CD capable of booting with UEFI?
