Updated to PHP 5.0.1 from 4.3.8 on home test server.  Tried to upgrade to mod_php-5.0.1 and always receive this error after the build is completed:

Build complete.
(It is safe to ignore warnings about tempnam and tmpnam).

you need to be running ~arch on your entire system.
unrelated, but seeing the logfile, you should also run revdep-rebuild your system is slightly borked with the gdbm upgrade.
