Description Stuart Herbert (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-08-15 13:59:32 UTC
Please test this package against PHP 5.0.1.

If the package works, please add a comment to this bug to say that the package works, and close this bug as 'RESOLVED INVALID'.

If the package does not work, please add a blocker against 'virtual/php' (for dev-php/php) or 'virtual/httpd-php' (for mod_php or php-cgi) as appropriate, and close this bug as 'RESOLVED FIXED'.

Thanks,
Stu

PS: oh yeah, and put a valid email address in your metadata.xml please!

Well, I'm not sure who is testing this, but it works for me under php-5.0.1 with USE="session" but I am not the maintainer of this package.

I have it running with PHP 5.0.2 (had to compile mod_php with USE="sessions") and it appears to be working fine, with one exception. It seems that the source tarball does not include PostgresDocLinks.php. This creates error messages whenever one tries to use the new embedded help features in v3.5. It looks like it was removed from CVS as well. (found it in the "attic" under webdb folder.) Will file a separate bug report.

I've worked for months with phppgadmin + php 5.0.x and found no problems.

If noone submits comments in the next 2/3 days I will close the bug as RESOLVED INVALID.

Thanks for your work :D
