commit the bump first, then we can stable that and remove old versions. (reasons explained there)
does anybody even use x11vnc on these archs anyways, it hasn't been 30 days, but the new version is basically the same as 0.9.14, so if it compiles and runs it's probably fine. no known bugs in this new version, and it fixes a bunch of stuff in the current stable.
